Independence Day Message from Jarrett Tenebe, APC Chairman, Edo State


On this momentous occasion of Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary, I, Jarrett Tenebe, the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, extend warmest greetings and heartfelt congratulations to the resilient and patriotic people of Edo State.


This day reminds us of the courage and sacrifices of our founding fathers who fought for our freedom. It is a time to reflect on our journey as a nation and reaffirm our commitment to the ideals of unity, peace, and progress.


The people of Edo State have always been a beacon of excellence—deeply rooted in culture, rich in history, and steadfast in their pursuit of development. As a party, the APC remains committed to championing the aspirations of our people and building a brighter, more prosperous future for all.


Let us use this occasion to renew our hope, strengthen our bonds, and continue working together towards a stronger Edo and a greater Nigeria.
