The APC Chairman of Etsako Central Local Government, Capt. Philip Itsede, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the Honourable Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh. 

Capt. Itsede described Engr. Momoh as a visionary leader, a proud son of Edo State, and a committed patriot whose service to the region and Nigeria has brought hope and progress. He praised the minister’s dedication, humility, and result-driven leadership.

He prayed for God's continued grace, strength, and wisdom upon Engr. Momoh, wishing him more fruitful years ahead in good health and divine protection as he continues to serve the nation diligently.
