The Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hon. Mrs. Eugenia Abdallah, on behalf of the entire ministry, extends heartfelt birthday wishes to Ambassador Mrs. Cashier Osaretin Idahosa, the esteemed wife of the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa.
